Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for credits and subscriptions, and shipping and returns for any physical accessories offered for sale.

Digital credits and subscriptions

  • Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used to generate boards are non-refundable.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate part-months.
  • If a board fails to generate due to a fault on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Payment status

Online checkout is not yet live and the payment provider is pending. No payment is currently taken through this website, so there are presently no charges to refund. This policy will apply once paid plans go live.

Accessories: shipping

Where decorative accessories are offered for sale, orders are processed on working days. Estimated UK delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery costs and timescales are shown at the point of order.

Accessories: returns

  • You may return unused accessories in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
  • To start a return, email us and we will confirm the return address and steps.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order or account reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two working days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
